Product Availability
All items are currently in stock and will be dispatched from our UK warehouse after purchase. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Shipping & Delivery
All Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. We primarily ship through UPS, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable and fully tracked service. While delivery times can vary by region, most orders arrive within approximately seven days after dispatch. We do everything we can to keep the process smooth, but please note that during busy seasons or unforeseen global delays, shipping may take a little longer.
Import Duties on Orders Outside of the UK
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees determined by local authorities in the destination country. These charges are not set or controlled by Wildcard Apparel and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs charges vary by country, order value, and local tax rate. We recommend checking your local import regulations for more information.
Refusal to pay required customs charges may result in the parcel being delayed or returned to us. Any additional customs fees, outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a reasonable handling/administrative fee incurred by us will be deducted from any refund, which may result in no refundable amount.
Due to the possibbility and inconvenience of international import charges, we offer free shipping on all orders to ensure that there are no additional shipping costs from us on top. This is our way of making the overall experience as fair and straightforward as possible.
