Returns & Refunds

At Wildcard, we care about getting things right. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we do offer returns — but as a small independent brand, we ask that customers return responsibly. Returns come with environmental and logistical costs, so please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on items purchased directly from wildcardapparel.com, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return
  • The item is shipped back within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging
  • You have received written approval from us before sending it back (You must submit a claim for us to review)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Notes

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees and any customs charges paid by you are non-refundable.

If Wildcard incurs customs or handling fees on your return, these will be deducted from your refund. If shipped internationally, clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. While not guaranteed, this can help to avoid extra fees on return.

If the returned item shows visible wear, damage, or is not resellable, your refund will be reduced or denied.

Refunds are issued only for the cost of the product, not including original shipping or fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, submit a claim below with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review it and respond promptly.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 10–15 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.
